  • How do I know if my order has been successful? and how do I check the status of my order?

You will be kept updated with your order as we send email to your email address during each stage of your order process: Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation.

  • How do I amend / cancel my order or change my delivery address after placing an order?

After placing an order successfully, if you wish to amend / cancel / add extra information to your order, please contact us cussvc@7bella.com as soon as possible.

Note that we are unable to fulfill your request after your order has already been posted.

  • Can I make reservation if the item shows “out of stock”?

Yes, we do accept reservations. Please write to us at cussvc@7bella.com with product code and quantity, we will get back to you once we confirm the order.

  • I was given a tracking number, how do I track my order?

You can track your order at Singpost website, click Track Item.

  • When should I receive my parcel?

Singapore Customers: 2 to 3 working days

International Customers: Your parcel may be delayed due to customs clearance process in your country, which may add extra 2-3 working days to the normal delivery time frame.

  • What should I do if I think my parcel has been lost?

For Singapore FREE normal mail, we are NOT responsible for any lost;

For Registered mail (with tracking number provided), please contact us cussvc@7bella.com and we are happy to help you for your claim.

  • Does www.7Bella.com guarantee its product and services?

We endeavor to provide products in fresh and immaculate conditions. We also guarantee that your order will arrive in a safe and excellent condition.


If for some reason, you notice any damage upon receipt, please make sure that you sign you parcel and add a small note stating that the parcel is damaged.


It is your responsibility to contact the delivery company within 2 days of signing the parcel that you discover either the box is damaged or the internal contents are damaged upon receipt. The delivery company will investigate the matter and send you an initial report. Please send this report along with your damaged item and we will re-ship your item when goods are returned to us.

  • How to care and clean a brush?

Daily Clean:

For powder brush, finishing brush and blush brush, tap off the excess powder after using and wipe it gently with tissue.

For lip brush, shadow brush, slide the brush bristle on the tissue and wipe gently until no color appear on the tissue.


Cleaning with Powder:

You can get ride of the oily/creamy substances from a brush bristle with corn starch. Put the brush head in a plastic bag with corn starch. Hold the brush handle and then shake the bag until the brush bristle is coated with sufficient corn starch. Take out the brush from the bag and tap the powder off the brush. Replace the corn starch and repeat the process until the oily substances are removed with the powder. Corn starch should be pure without sugars or other ingredients.


Cleaning with Water:

Dissolve mild detergent or baby shampoo in warm water and soak the head of brush up to the ferrule. Wash the bristle by gently stroking from the root to the tip with your fingers, and rinse it thoroughly.

Note: Do not wash brush in a cleaner containing any alcoholic solvents, except when it's necessary to dry quickly for commercial use. The alcoholic solvent harms both natural and synthetic hair. Fabric softener can make the brush difficult to hold powder.


Drying:

Squeeze the brush with a towel, arrange the shape with your fingers, and dry it in the shade. Never use a dryer or put it in direct sunlight to avoid weakening of the brush bristles.

A brush guard/holder can help with drying it in original shape.

  • How to store brushes?

Stand them in a cup if you use them every day.

If you do not use them for a while, keep them in the plastic holder given at the time of purchase or brush guard and lay them down.

However, if you do not use them for a long time, keep them in a dry place in order to prevent molding.

  • When to replace brushes?

In a professional and personal setting, makeup brushes should be replaced when brush bristles are worn out. When your brush cannot hold enough powder or its texture deteriorates, it is time to change the brush.

If you do not use a used makeup brush for a long time, the hair might get worse. Using a brush every day is the best way to keep it in good condition.

  • Do you kill animals and what kind of hair does MakeUpShow use?

We use both natural hair and Korean synthetic, we do not kill live animals to get natural hair. Our supplier has their own animal farm to rise fur animals, falling hair will be gathered to make brushes.
